So in November, 2002 ADL Company successfully inaugurated its own production facilities in Raduzhnii (Moscow region).
Total production square is about 5000 sq. m.

The manufacturing of control panels GRANTOR® consists of 3 stages:
designing: updating of the standard design decisions according to the customer's demands
assembling: the main components of control panels GRANTOR® are frequency invertors and soft starters produced by the Swedish company Emotron
testing: 100 % of control panels GRANTOR® pass electrical safety and function tests
PUMP UNITS GRANFLOW®
Pump station is a modular structure, which consists of 1–6 pumps, an expansion vessel, control equipment, inlet and discharge manifolds, a “free running” protection relay and a set of fittings on the foundation frame.

ADL COMPANY STOCK AND LOGISTICS FACILITIES
ADL Company has its own stock facilities with the total square of about 10 000 sq. m. Our stock facilities are located not far from the main roads of Moscow and meet all modern reqirements. All that allows our company to maintain a sufficient stock of products available to our customers even in hot sales seasons and to provide minimum delivery terms.
For our clients' comfort all the goods are shipped from the stock facilities in Lytkarino. It is a modern warehouse technically equipped up-to-date, operated by WMS (Warehouse Management System).
2009 - ADL Company launched Logistic Center in Raduzhnii (Moscow region) - an "A" class logistics center, up to quality of all modern warehouses. The gross area of the building is about 5,000 sq. m - it allows to hold more than 53,000 m3 of goods at 8,400 pallets. The center can handle about 16,000 m3 of goods a month.
Installation and configuration of WMS for ADL Company stock and logistics is by far the most important part of an effective supply chain management system which brings the level of our service on the new and higher level. WMS is more than just bar-coding or batch processing, and a lot more than inventory management and order management, thanks to it we can streamline and automate our warehouse operations, improve our receiving operations and make the process of shipment more comfortable for our clients.
